The Kuwaiti government’s proposal for 160,000 public sector expats to be replaced by nationals further shows the necessity of the national workforce to the growth of the country.

Around 25,000 Kuwaiti graduates are created annually which makes it necessary to establish a long term solution to include all nationals into the labour market through generating employment opportunities in public as well as the private sector.
