Kitchen Executive (Japanese cuisine)

Providing healthy and child-friendly meals and snacks that
adequately match the appetites and needs of all campers and staff;
Modeling and upholding a consistently high standard of
professionalism, teamwork and hospitality for all kitchen staff, camp
leaders and campers.
Assist Head Cook with food preparation that includes baking,
cooking and distribution
Cleaning, peeling, and chopping fruits and vegetables
Preparing snacks and treats
Readiness to work hard with a good attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced camp kitchen environment;
Good customer service manners.
Experience in basic food preparation;
