Executive chef - european cuisine

The executive chef is responsible for all culinary activities for the

restaurant.  This position will oversee all activity in the kitchen,

train personnel, plan menus, oversee product purchasing and

 manage culinary budget.

Schedule and coordinate the work of chefs, cooks and other kitchen

employees to ensure that food preparation is economical, technically

correct and within budgeted labor cost goals.

Ensure that high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety are

maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times.

Evaluate food products to ensure that company quality standards are

consistently attained.

Detailed Knowledge of purchasing, ordering, receiving, food costing

and inventory procedures.
