Manager ICT Strategy Execution

Partner closely with workstream owners and area leads to develop project roadmaps related to the ICT strategy execution & capability building programme. Facilitate efforts across the assigned streams ensure aligned initiatives are executed according to plan
Support workstream owners and area leads by developing and providing analysis-based and consultative feedback/recommendations
Lead discussions with workstream owners to present analysis and reach conclusions on proposed recommendations; provide necessary leadership to generate ideas and identify creative problem solving solutions
Manage weekly working sessions with assigned streams to review overall progress against plan, requests for support and required decisions, key issues/risks and status of resolutions
Identify and highlight potential roadblocks/risks encountered during execution of programme deliverables
Act as an agent of change during the strategy execution and capability building programme; promote constant communication across all levels of the organization, and awareness of the strategic directions
Track progress per workstream and conduct post-implementation impact analysis
Create presentations for top executive management that clearly communicate status of overall programme (ie. progress, recommendations, key next steps, risks in implementation, required decision points, etc.)
Support in periodic strategic reviews with Corporate Strategy; provide inputs and analysis during strategy development cycles


Qualifications, experience, and skills

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (ie. Business Administration, Engineering, IT, etc) 
MBA (from a top tier school preferred)


Minimum Experience:

7-10 total work experience, with knowledge and experience in ICT and/or TMT professional services sector(s) preferred
3-5 management consultancy experience (in top tier firm strongly preferred)
Experience in execution of strategic programmes and leading major projects and initiatives


Knowledge & Skills:

Solid business acumen, structured rationale, and strategic thinking
Deep critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong relationship management, cultural intelligence (CQ) and influencing techniques
Project management experience and skills
Solid analytical and reporting capabilities
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
Effective time-management
