• Minimum 3-4 years of direct work experience in process development and execution within Telecoms.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business management or improvement or relevant field.

• Knowledge of  Telecommunication methodologies

• Strong technical know-how (to be able to drive a systematic and monitored metric-oriented way of working and team performance) capturing as well as MS Office packages.

• Knowledge of process analysis and documentation. Certification in process improvement standards and methodologies like Six Sigma, BPM (Business Process    Management) lifecycle, and BAM (Business Activity Monitoring) is a significant plus.
