• Must have bachelor degree in Human Resources or
other related field.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiative aligned
with the overall business strategy .
• Responsible to fill critical vacant positions and other
positions as and when required.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal
system that drives high performance.
• Bridge management and employee relations by
addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems,
tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Report to management and provide decision support
through HR metrics.
• Ensure policies and procedures are up to date and uploaded
in Share point for easy access to employees.
• Checking monthly payroll, ensuring all payments and deductions
are in-line with approvals.
• Provide analytical support on cost distribution as per profit centers
and budget approvals for rewards.
