Restaurant General Manager

Location: Dubai

Nationality:  Far Eastern Nationality (Preferred Thailandese)

Industry: Hospitality     


  • Will have to lead a team of 50-60 staff members.   
  • Must have a proven track record in Asian cuisine, Thai preferable.     
  • Must have a proven track record in a high volume capacity venue and be service/guest experience focused.  
  • Should have good wine and beverage knowledge.
  • Have the knowledge and ability to carry out daily operations FOH and BOH.
  • Have a good understanding of PnL, Business plan and be able to work towards budgets, COS, and forecasts.     
  • Have high energy and outgoing personality.     
  • Able to problem-solve.     
  • Be always looking for new ways to improve and be innovative.
