Restaurant General Manager
Nationality: Far Eastern Nationality (Preferred Thailandese)
- Will have to lead a team of 50-60 staff members.
- Must have a proven track record in Asian cuisine, Thai preferable.
- Must have a proven track record in a high volume capacity venue and be service/guest experience focused.
- Should have good wine and beverage knowledge.
- Have the knowledge and ability to carry out daily operations FOH and BOH.
- Have a good understanding of PnL, Business plan and be able to work towards budgets, COS, and forecasts.
- Have high energy and outgoing personality.
- Able to problem-solve.
- Be always looking for new ways to improve and be innovative.
