At least 10 years’ experience in the attractions or hospitality industry

Previous proven experience of account management

Minimum of 5-10 years sales experience in the UAE critical within the last 15 years, ideally for a destination, tourism, hospitality sector


Bachelor Degree Holder in Business Administration/Tourism/Hospitality/Education sector or MBA



  • To drive business development across all channels and segments
  • To guide strategy & priorities for the team to ensure the growth in attendance is delivered
  • To identify and directs development of company’s distribution and sales across the UAE by identifying new initiatives and opportunities
  • To ensure continuous market activity to ensure company has a market leading share of voice
  • To oversee timely deployment of activity & budget according to the requirements of the local partners
  • To ensure that Sales Team has clear revenue and sales goals for their assigned channel(s) and segment(s)
  • To provide day to day support with proactive coaching and mentoring to ensure strong commitment and engagement from all team members
  • To work with team to constantly develop & improve local sales collateral and programmes
  • To ensure direct reports are adhering to all policies and procedures to the satisfaction of internal stakeholders
